Adrian Di Bisceglie

Adrian M. Di Bisceglie, MD is Professor of Internal Medicine at Saint Louis University. He is a medical graduate of the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa and completed his internal medicine residency there before doing a research fellowship at the NIH between 1986 and 1988. He eventually became chief of the Liver Diseases Section, NIDDK.

Dr. Di Bisceglie moved to Saint Louis University in 1994 and was chairman of the Department of Internal Medicine from 2006 to 2017. Prior to being on the governing board of AASLD and president in 2014, he had chaired the Public Policy and Clinical Research Committees. He helped establish the AASLD Foundation.
