We invite all HEP DART 2019 attendees to complete a short feedback survey on this year’s meeting. Your feedback is extremely important to us and will help us improve the program for future years.

CME Accreditation

Emory University is the CME provider for HEP DART 2019. If you signed up for CME credits during the conference, you will be receiving your accreditation via email in late January 2020. Please email us at info@hepdart.com if you would like to receive CME credits but did not register onsite via sign-in sheet.

Certificate of Attendance
